Which Fanatec wheel base should I choose?
If you're new to Direct Drive, the CSL DD (5 Nm) or CSL DD (8 Nm) is a great start. For more detail and headroom, step up to the ClubSport DD (15 Nm) or ClubSport DD+ (18 Nm). The Podium DD (25 Nm) is Fanatec's flagship for drivers who want absolute fidelity.
I race on PlayStation®. What should I buy?
The officially licensed Gran Turismo® DD Pro and Gran Turismo® DD Extreme are built for PS5® and PS4®. The DD Pro includes a 280 mm Gran Turismo® wheel and CSL Pedals, so it's a complete setup out of the box.
Can I use Fanatec on Xbox?
Yes, when the base is paired with an Xbox-licensed wheel such as the CSL Steering Wheel GT3. The CSL DD is designed for Windows PC and becomes Xbox-compatible with an Xbox-licensed wheel fitted.
Will my Fanatec wheels work across different bases?
Yes. Fanatec's QR2 quick release means every Fanatec steering wheel works with every Fanatec Direct Drive base, so you can upgrade your base later and keep your wheels.
