Variable Adjustment Vesa Adapter Kit for Monitors

The only con I found with these was the hex head on the included VESA screws having a hex pattern. My Allen key did a great job getting the screws tight but then they were too tight to back them back out again and I stripped the head. Anyway, now I have 2 out of 3 monitors that I need to make some adjustments to but I can't get the screws back out so I'm going to need to get physical with it. A flat head screw would be much better here.

Besides that these made mounting my monitors a lot easier. It was basically impossible for me to line them up correctly with the standard mounts. Part of me feels like these should be standard with the monitor stands because the regular mounts are so hard to use. Particularly when you don't have someone to help hold it while you try to get the screws into the frame. But these mounts make that a breeze too because you just drop the monitor into the mount once it's already on the frame and then you just put a single screw in to secure it.

Another thing to watch out for (at least LG UltraGear 32" monitors is the cabling. You'll need a DisplayPort adapter that has a 90 degree bend because otherwise the standard cable won't fit since it's right behind the frame. The power cable has the same problem if you have to make too many vertical adjustments since it'll eventually hit the frame also. Though I can't really say this is Trak Racers fault, just something to be aware of when you're planning.
